These terms govern your use of SindrX services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SindrX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SindrX.
2. Description of Services
SindrX provides enterprise security solutions including but not limited to:
- Vault: Comprehensive security operations platform
- Shield VPN: Quantum-resistant virtual private network
- Security scanning and vulnerability assessment
- Threat detection and incident response
- Compliance monitoring and reporting
3. Account Registration
To use certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information promptly
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect or harvest user data without authorization
- Use services to attack, scan, or probe third-party systems without authorization
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense services without written consent
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Billing
You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Price Changes
We may modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by SindrX and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks without written permission
7. Data and Security
You retain ownership of all data you submit to our services. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide our services. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data and ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable data protection laws.
8. Service Level Agreement
For Enterprise customers, we provide:
- 99.9% uptime guarantee for core services
- 24/7 security monitoring and incident response
- Priority support with defined response times
- Service credits for qualifying downtime events
Specific SLA terms are detailed in your Enterprise agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SINDRX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
- Any amount exceeding fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SindrX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to services immediately if you:
- Breach any provision of these terms
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Pose a security risk to our systems or other users
Upon termination, your right to use services ceases immediately. We will provide a reasonable period to export your data unless prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
